About
I am an IT professional with a strong interest in cybersecurity, networking, and technical support. Currently working as an IT Technical Support Staff, I provide Tier 1–2 support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for users and systems.
I have hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Azure AD, focusing on user provisioning, access control, and device compliance. My role also involves network troubleshooting, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration, and DHCP management. Additionally, I support remote users, manage print servers, and utilize PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
My exposure to system security practices has strengthened my passion for cybersecurity and infrastructure protection. I also have a background in development, having contributed to a web-based ERP system and built an internal IT Inventory System using Electron, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL to streamline asset tracking and workflows.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, have completed AWS Cloud Foundations training, and I am currently pursuing CompTIA Security+ certification. I am highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, with a goal of growing and contributing in the IT field.
